Roy Harper was the arrow wielding vigilante, and later mercenary, known as Arsenal.
Biography[]
Roy Harper often worked for Oliver Queen in Q-Core and built technology for the company. Harper aided Oliver in the latter's activities as Green Arrow, but was never allowed to be a vigilante himself. Eventually Roy got tired of Oliver's restrictions and decided to become Arsenal, going so far as having adventures with the Richard Grayson Robin, and later the Jason Todd Robin. In the end, Roy and Oliver had a falling out and the former was kicked out of Q-Core.
