The Black Room was a technological facility created by A.R.G.U.S. that housed the worlds most powerful magical items. Since the Parademon Invasion of Earth, A.R.G.U.S. had been collecting several items deemed too different to fit in the Red Room of S.T.A.R. Labs. Hence, in Washington, D.C., A.R.G.U.S. created the Black Room. Over the years they accumulated several hundred objects that would be of interest to any mage. At one known time, Pandora broke into the room to steal her box.
