Digger Jones was a dog fighter in Gotham City.
Biography[]
A horrible person, Digger Jones was wanted for drug dealing and armed robbery. However, becoming the partner of Eli Strange seemed to change Jones' luck. Jones then proceeded to try and make money off of dog fighting. After manipulating Catwoman, however, he was hunted down by the Batman.
