Eduardo Flamingo was an enemy of the Batman and the Red Hood.
Biography[]
An accomplice of Simon Hurt, the Flamingo was tortured into becoming an insane killer. Sent by Hurt to murder the Red Hood, Flamingo got tangled with the Batman and Robin of the time. Defeated, he was sent to Arkham Asylum where he participated in a riot. He was then defeated by the original Batman. When he was finally freed, Flamingo joined the Secret Society.
