The Lodge was a prisoner of war camp created by Brother Eye and run by Inque. Protected from attacks by Eye's enemies due to the toxins surrounding New York City, the Lodge was where many of Eye's twisted experiments went down. These were done to try and allow Brother Eye access to the human mind, the only mainframe it was not privy to. In his twisted attempt to do so, Eye used drug based interrogation. If a human was found to be "interesting" to Eye, he would begin the procedure known as Processing. During the Second Battle of the Lodge, the facility was destroyed by Batman.
