The Red Room was a technological research facility created by S.T.A.R. Labs. The intention of the facility, located in Detroit Michigan, was to harvest the worlds most powerful and dangerous technology. It was also to create new technology, most of which was created following the appearance of Superman. The only proven use of the nanite technology was when Thomas Morrow, under supervision of Silas Stone, helped turn Victor Stone into the superhero known as Cyborg.
