Rodney "The Torch" Spurman

Rodney "The Torch" Spurman was a member of the League of Smiles who followed under the Merrymaker. He was one of several people who only found sanity in the presence of the chaos brought by the Joker. However, he felt he still did not fit in with the League and after their defeat, he cut off the skin surrounding his lower jaw. He did this in an attempt to try and become more like the Joker.
