Two-Face's Crew was a gang in Gotham City headed by it's former District Attorney. It arose shortly after Dent's disfiguration as a method to eradicate the Mob. However, the gang changed from eradicating mafioso to becoming a mafia itself. The crew ended up becoming a major power, large enough to challenge Penguin's Empire, though they never went against Cobblepot. Becoming just like the gangs that Two-Face once set out to eradicate, the mafia stayed the same throughout it's lifetime, with most iterations being generally indifferent from each other. By the end, though, the crew's only real purpose was to become a major power in Gotham.
