The Wayne Foundation, better known as either the Thomas Wayne Foundation or the Martha Wayne Foundation, was a holding company created by Bruce Wayne to honour his parents. The Wayne Foundation's primary goals were to enhance healthcare, education and provide training facilities as well as decreasing poverty. Bruce Wayne also launched the Victims Incorporated Program through the Wayne Foundation.
