Wesley Mathis was a cannibalistic serial killer who operated in Gotham City. Teaching his son, Barton, the wrong morals of life, Wesley damned his son from the start. Despite this, Wesley and his friend Ray Quimby did manage to make Barton a great surgeon. Eventually Wesley was killed by GCPD officer James Gordon. Wesley was nicknamed the Toymaker.
