Zatanna Zatara was the daughter of magician John Zatara, for a while she operated in Gotham City.
Biography[]
Zatanna was then approached by the Justice League, who proceeded to offer her membership. Still unknown on the exact details of her father's death, Zatanna refused, hoping to find the killer. After another meeting with Constantine, Zatanna was then asked by the League to accompany them to Kahndaq and confront Shazam. However, the League itself was confronted by the Justice League of America and when Superman accidentally killed Arthur Light, the first stage of the Trinity War broke out. However, the front ended quickly when Superman neutralzied both Leagues and demanded to be taken in. Despite not being a member of either Leagues, Zatanna was, like Shazam, taken to A.R.G.U.S. headquarters.
